I ordered this beach towel because of the size and I am happy about that now that I have received it. I am not happy with the quality of the towel. It is rough and not soft at all. I doubt I will even take it to the beach with us because of how rough this towel is. Maybe it will be good for a picnic or an event where you need to sit on the ground or something like that as long as you have pants on and your skin does not need to touch the towel, lol.

My only problem was finding them and getting them ordered. A little problem here with Amazon. I purchased 2. I got the Key Lime, and Sand Beach. The colors were great and best of all was the quality of them. I've been looking for an oversize towel for way over a month. I couldn't find the color or the size. So, I'm sorry the one reviewer had a bad one, but to me, it's no big deal to pull it out of a plastic bag. I carry it over my arm or in with a large beach bag. I would like to see a Black heavy weight over sized Bahama Beach towel as it's a color that I happen to like. However, everyone loves the Key Lime.

I finally found towels which are just the perfect size for the beach. After they arrived at my house today I am not so satisfied anymore. The size is great. Just not the size they were advertised. After pulling both out the wrapper I noticed the size difference. I went ahead and measured bot and NONE of the two was the size advertised on Amazon. ANYWAY. Still nice and big and I really did need them for my trip. Next thing I noticed was the fact that as soon as you pull the towel out of the plastic cover it gets caught on the zipper and starts pulling the thread badly.
I have just had this towel for five minutes and it already looks like it went through hell and back with me. What good does a beach towel do if you have to wrap it in bubble wrap to transport it?! Not even the protective bag it comes with keeps it in one piece. Last on my complain list is the fact that I have clearly ordered a sand colored towel and received both of mine in sand color with white stripes. Not really what I had in mind. I am clearly disappointed and advice anyone to NOT buy this. What else is there to say.....You will get better quality at your local Target store
