Dual textured terry bath ensemble available in a subtle earth-tone palette of 6 solids and 2 coordinate stripe patterns. Both decorative and functional, this 2 ply terry towel is textured on both the face and reverse. Towel body is small block texture with a small honeycomb dobby and narrow ribbed cuff. Finished honeycomb end hem matches towel dobby and coordinates to Stratford Stripe. All towels and wash cloths feature finished side hems. Each bath towel contains more than 1 pound of 100-percent cotton. Pre-washed for additional softness and absorbency. The solid color six piece set includes 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. 6 available colors include white, green tea, gold, cranberry, chocolate cocoa and mineral blue. I ordered these as a wedding gift and was a bit disappointed when i got them. They are very thin. The color and design were very nice I just wish they had been a bit thicker.

I bought these as a gift for someone and just happened to be a user as well. The texture of the towels looks deceivingly soft online, but even when laundered the texture doesn't become soft. The towels are absorbent, but after only a couple of washes the color is already beginning to fade.

I liked these towels. They have a good design and are sturdy. The color has stayed pretty rich and the texture on them is good.

The towels arrived promptly and I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw how they looked. The colors are much nicer than in the picture. They are deep and vibrant and rich looking. The pattern is very nice although I didn't realize there was a pattern when I ordered them. They do look "gorgeous" in my bathroom.
The only problem I can find is I do not think they are very absorbant. When drying off from the shower, the towels seem to not be absorbing the water but more like the water is staying on the surface of the towel. Therefore, the towel stays wet longer and doesn't dry very quickly. Of course, this is a major factor in purchasing towels but the fact that they are so beautiful, almost makes up for it and I try to overlook this. However, for those looking for a very absorbant towel, this might not be your first choice.
